Andrew R. Davis is the Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), based in Atlanta. In his role, Andrew is responsible for leading the company’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Center of Excellence, as well as the Workplace Fairness function, creating an environment that promotes fairness, respect and appreciation of the similarities and differences for the company’s 700,000 system employees in more than 200 countries. Davis received his Bachelors of Science in Organizational Management from Washington Adventist University in Takoma Park, Maryland and his MBA from Emory University Goizueta School of Business in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dr. Saunders has more than 40 years of hospital administrative and clinical experience. Dr. Saunders currently serves as the President and CEO of Navicent Health, a nonprofit corporation whose primary purpose is to coordinate its affiliated entities in their mission of providing a comprehensive range of high-quality reasonably priced healthcare services to Georgians. Dr. Saunders completed her Doctorate in Healthcare Administration at the Medical University of South Carolina. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, a Master of Science in Nursing from the Rutgers University in Newark, NJ, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Concordia College in Manila, Philippines.
